I think this was a pretty good episode. It shows Jaime discovering more of her abilities and it showed Sarah in the role of a possible ally instead of an adversary.
It seems to me that they are dragging out the story of the introduction of Jaime into her Bionic role. I think they could have easily made a 2 our premiere that covered all of this story-line that has transpired so far. So the series is moving a bit slow, but I do like the storyline that is evolving.

They made her the ultimate victim.
Victim#1: Abondoned by her parents.
Victim#2: Force to take care of trouble sibling.
Victim#3: Loss of Child.
Victim#4: Traumatic physical event.
Victim#5: Death of sigificant other.
Victim#6: Loss of freedom by covert group.
Victim#7: Stalked/family in danger.
